Today's Agenda: Sit down and priortize.

Here's what's on the list! {It's luckily all fun things.}

- Install new Flor carpet in the kitchen. After months of not ordering the carpet Aaron and I had chosen, I finally did it and it has now arrived! I was just having a mental block about it. I wasn't sure about the color! I looked again and chose this pattern in platinum. Excited to see how it looks! I think it will bring a cleaner look to the kitchen, with the stripes add a directional element and indicator of flow through the kitchen to the living room and the color will complement the French Beret wall color.


- Work on Save the Date designs for a friend. I have 6 samples so far. That should be enough. I just need to upload them to the Mac and print a few out to see if I'm happy with these. I'm really looking for the perfect font! Here's a new one I found today. {Any suggestions?}



- Try to finish redesign of my dining room. I found myself (as of 8:16pm on Saturday) in the middle of redesigning my dining room. It was the one room in the house that I haven't moved around that much. I guess I was actually happy with it for a couple of years! But in the midst of pulling old Ikea wine glasses for my Mom's tag sale next weekend (see below) I thought what if I moved the table horizontal and the couch under the window. AND if I moved things around maybe, just maybe, I could find the right home for this wayward trunk of mine (see future posts).

- Work on fliers and stickers for tag sale at my mom's. I'm excited to go to my mom's this weekend for redesign Part Deux. Some more staging (see future posts about her "fabulous new room") + painting furniture + organizing garage. Can't wait to sit down to design a fun flier for the tag sale we're going to have! Here's one I found that was cute.
